As soon as your order is placed, our backend support gets into action and ships out your order. It takes 5-7 working days for delivering the order, and we mail all the courier details, tracking details and other logistics to you, so that you know the status of your order on the click of a mouse! Free delivery all over India on orders above Rs. 1000, otherwise, a nominal delivery charge of Rs. 70 per order...
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
We want our customers to love the experience of shopping with us and feel happy with their purchases, but if something isn't right, let us know. The product can be exchanged, if it is in stock.
In the unlikely event that any merchandise you have ordered from us is not received in good condition, is damaged or defective, or if merchandise delivered is different from what you had expected, you may return the merchandise unused, and in the same condition as you received it, in its original packaging along with original tags, for a refund. The product will be inspected and amount refunded upon approval.
The refunds take 5-7 working days to process.
If in the determination of Unibrow Creations, a customer is misusing the exchange and refund policy, Unibrow Creations reserves the right to refuse exchange or refund to such a customer.
All disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Courts located at New Delhi.
CANCELLATION POLICY
An easy cancellation process is available for all our esteemed customers. You can cancel your online order before the product has been shipped. Your entire order amount will be refunded.
